Capital Projects for Parishes
We are constantly establishing new missions in our diocese which do not yet have a church building. These congregations are mostly in rural communities and we seek to stabilize the church in these communities by providing a central place of worship that they can call their own.
Currently, our hope is to construct church buildings in the following communities:
- Hopkins (Stan Creek District)
- Hope Creek (Stan Creek District)
- Unitedville (Cayo District)
- Lord's Bank (Belize District)
We also wish to renovate church buildings in the following communities:
- Double Head Cabbage (Belize District)
- Lemonal (Belize District)
We also wish to renovate church rectories in the following communities:
- Belmopan (Cayo District)
- Dangriga (Stann Creek District)

Capital Projects for Schools
Most of our parishes around Belize also operate schools which offer either primary (elementary level) education to the public. We also offer secondary (high school level) education at our High School, the Anglican Cathedral College in Belize City.
We are currently interested in the following capital projects related to our schools:
- Construction of a new primary school in St Ann's Parish in Belmopan, our growing capital city.
- Expansion of Anglican Cathedral College with the construction of a science laboratory and development of a new campus to meet the growing needs.
The diocese regularly welcomes skilled missionary groups to come and assist in the completion of these and similar capital projects.
